   • Anchor Incision: The most extensive, with incisions around the areola, vertically down to the breast crease, and horizontally along the crease.
   • Lollipop Incision: Involves a circular incision around the areola and a vertical incision down to the breast crease.
   • Donut Incision: A circular incision around the areola, usually for mild reductions.
4. Tissue Removal: I carefully remove excess breast tissue, fat, and skin to achieve the desired breast size.
5. Reshaping: The remaining breast tissue is reshaped, and the nipple and areola are repositioned.
6. Areola Adjustment: If necessary, the areola size is reduced to match the new breast size.
7. Closing Incisions: Sutures are applied to minimize scarring.
8. Dressings and Support: A special bra is provided to aid healing.
